I do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

This harsh policy is being employed to weed out time-wasters and those who do not respect my time, effort, and work. Whether you keep your appointment or not, I have put all of those into preparing a slot in my schedule for your use that could have been used by someone else and treat your deposit/pre-payment as payment for doing so.


I allow your appointment to be rescheduled one time per appointment if the request is completed within forty-eight (48) hours before the appointment. A refund of your deposit/pre-payment will not occur; however, I will lay over the deposit/pre-payment to the rescheduled appointment.


If you need to cancel your appointment, regardless of reason, I understand. However, as I’m not responsible for your cancellation and the events that led to its occurrence, it falls under the “no refunds” policy. 


A ‘No-Call’ and/or ‘No-Show’ is extremely disrespectful, obnoxious, rude, and unattractive. As such, I treat it and those who do it with intolerance.

Abuse of the items listed above will result in your placement on the Refused Client Listing except for the ‘No-Call and/or ‘No-Show’, which is one strike you’re out exception.
